| Interface Touchscreen to dialogue with the temperature control cabinet(s). Interface to facilitate use of the temperature control system by all people working in the winery, since the touchscreen PC interface can be used by several people. Via this interface, users in the vat house can :
- view the temperatures, - modify the programs and the control settings, - read the density of each vat (if the vats are fitted with sensors), - check the alarms, - start up any type of actuator: pneumatic, electric valve, motorized valve… - archive, use or export data (temperature, density ...).
In the equipment rooms:
- view faults (cold unit, pressure, pump...), - read the pump status (on/off), - activate remotely (pump...). Software for supervision of temperature control on a touchscreen PC (built-in or on a base) to communicate with all the vats. - RS 485 BUS link. - Pinpointing of vats with block diagram of the vat house. - Remote connection over the internet. |

| Installation principle Either a temperature control cabinet in an equipment room + bus link cable to a touchscreen PC in the vat house or an office. Or more than one cabinet in the vat house (or vat houses) + BUS cable between all the cabinets to a touchscreen PC. The touchscreen PC can be either built-in or supplied with a base. |

The temperature controller The temperature control cabinet is watertight and comes in stainless steel, steel or polyester, with customizable colours. Each vat is controlled by an individual board.
To facilitate maintenance, the boards are plugged into a backplane.
The terminal boards can be unplugged in order to facilitate wiring.
Our cabinets can drive any type of actuator: pneumatic, electric valve, motorized valve... and with the pneumatic version, pneumatic distributors are integrated into the cabinet. On the version with pneumatic distribution, pre-wiring with flat cable link and HE10 connection to the pneumatic distributors.

Adapted pricing The number of boards corresponds to the number of vats. These cabinets are therefore adapted to the needs and to the means of both small and large vat houses.
