Vinicontrol is an electronic controller that can manage two outputs with two independent settings. Designed around an electronic board developed by the company, it is positioned in a watertight box (standard) with the outputs and inputs (sensors) installed on a detachable connector.

 
A simple, effective way to control temperatures

A choice of easy-to-program combinations
Vinicontrol controllers can control heat, cold, and both heat and cold. As well as offering a dual display of settings and temperatures, the controllers display densities. Users can program an alarm threshold. There are two ranges of cabinets, both ideal for vats:
- VINICONTROL, with a 24V AC output on each controller to activate electric or motorized valves.
- VINICONTROL PN with incorporated pneumatic controls. The pneumatic control rods are pre-wired to activate a pneumatic valve.


Individual controllers are also the right solution for a wine producer who already has a temperature control system and wants to control an extension to the vat house.

- Controller consumption: 3.5 VA, not including consumption by the actuators.
- Relay output with 24 VAC supply, max interrupting capacity of 250 VAC/10A, protection by time-delayed 5A fuse.
- Adjustable from -9.9° to +80°C, in steps of 0.1°C.
- Fixed differential of +/-0.2°C.
- Temperature sensor: CTN 10000 at 25°C (PVC cable 2 x 0.22 mm2 x length 3M).
- Accuracy: +/-0.4°C and digital 1/10°C display: temperatures, settings.
- Output status and alarm status displayed.
- ABS boxes (1 and 2 vat models) and polyester boxes (4 to 16 vat models). Other models on request.
- Protection: IP 65.
- Operating temperature: 0° to 25°C.
- EC standards.
- Control of pumps on the hot/cold circuit in order to: halt circulation in the ducting (when there is no demand), save energy.
