Automatic pumping-over of the must

Lamouroux offers an automatic solution for pumping-over operations, in the form of a programmable automatic system.

 

Automarc, a complete programmable pumping-over system.

 

Automarc is composed of a set of stainless steel valves, a stainless steel pumping-over column, a stainless steel rotating sprinkler, an electric power panel with a safety mechanism, and a pump.

It is used to control the pumping-over operation, either via the Staregul control cabinets (see temperature control page) or using a panel fitted with a clock.

This high-performance system for pumping-over the must provides the assurance of the best extraction thanks to its programming function.

Automarc system components

 

- The AUTOMARC pump, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, is manufactured using a die-forging process. It is composed of a body and a volute in a single piece. The mechanical liner is carbon/ceramic.
- Set of stainless steel valves.
- Stainless steel pumping-over tube column, ø 40 mm or ø 50 mm.
- Stainless steel rotating sprinkler.
- Electric power and safety panel placed on the wall of each vat.

 

Technical capacities

The Lamouroux AUTOMARC system contributes to improving the pumping-over and watering of the marc cap thanks to its customized programming feature. This enables you to:

- Achieve better extraction results.
- Obtain very good reliability.
- Increase the frequency of operations whilst reducing their duration.
- Avoid dangerous operations at the top of vats.

Depending on the model chosen (150 or 200), the output ranges from 150 to 200 Hl/h.

Pneumatic Valves.

Lamouroux now proposes two types of valves: the VP2732I valve and the VP3463N valve. These two pneumatic valves are capable of controlling the input of cold or hot water perfectly, with a higher output than an electric valve and greater reliability at the closure. These valves are controlled via a control rod.


Control rod (2 and 4 places)

LAMOUROUX uses mini control distributors made of brass, with the body mounted on anodized aluminium rods. The mini distributors are powered in 24 V and consume 1.5 W. They can withstand pressure ranging from 0 to 10 bars. Pre-wired supply with 3 conductors, cable length 4 m.

 

Features of the VP2732I pneumatic valve

 

Pneumatic valve controlled by a piston head, 32 mm in diameter, threaded stainless steel body 3/4. Flowthrough diameter 20 mm (allowing a Kv output of 6.5m3/h).


Capacities and performances

 


The VP2732I valve offers interesting capacities: the control pressure is 4 to 10 bars. Fluid temperature can range from - 10° to + 180° C, and the valve can withstand differential water pressure of between 0 and 10 bars. Higher output than an electric valve (for the same diameter). Perfect tightness, preventing any risk of mixing the hot and cold networks. A turning air inlet connector 2.7x4. A control head for each piston, with 360° orientation. An anti-pressure shock system (use: arrival below the valve). A high-performance packing assembly requiring no maintenance. An optical position indicator.
