VINITACTILE SUPERVISION is both a guarantee of high-quality temperature control with a product made by Lamouroux, and supervision of the vat-house as a whole. Using a touchscreen PC which automatically saves the data, it is possible to control the entire installation (pumps, boiler, cold unit), alarm and faults. VINITACTILE SUPERVISION is also equipped with a direct link to the LAVILOG management software and with a remote connection via the internet.

This is an all-in-one temperature control system which offers both high performances and user-friendliness. Everything is managed intuitively and very easily via the touchscreen PC. VINITACTILE SUPERVISION can be connected to a large plasma screen, thereby allowing optimum display of data – block diagrams, temperature curves, histories, analyses…

VINITACTILE is a system equipped with two sensors: one installed in the marc cap and the other at the centre of the vat. VINITACTILE has a single program controlling the temperature regulation system in accordance with the temperatures read by these two sensors.
Either cold water circulation is triggered in the heat exchanger inside the vat in order to reduce the temperature and reach the required setting, or a homogenizing pump is triggered in order to heat the vat with the calories stored in the marc cap at the top of the vat. The vat is therefore heated using minimal energy (thanks to this unique new process, the boiler does not need to start up). Energy consumption is reduced while temperature control is efficient. This contributes to the development of sustainable viticulture.

LAMOUROUX TOUCHSCREEN TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Vinitactile Supervision is first and foremost a LAMOUROUX temperature-control system developed and manufactured by the LAMOUROUX teams, with controllers designed to-measure for the winemaking world.

- The temperature control cabinet can be installed in the vat-house or in the equipment room.

- The displays are designed to be integrated into the cabinet door so that users may see the temperature settings.


Vinitactile Supervision also includes a touchscreen PC to dialogue with the LAMOUROUX temperature-control cabinet(s).

- Touchscreen PC on a base, positioned away from the control cabinet.

- Touchscreen PC built into the control cabinet.

This intuitive, user-friendly interface makes temperature control easier for all people working in the winery.

A block diagram is displayed on independent screens (flat screen, video projector …), so that all temperature settings can be seen. Much more other information can be displayed on external screens: temperature curves, analysis tables, etc.

TOTAL SUPERVISION

Much more than just a standard temperature control system, Vinitactile Supervision offers the possibility of supervising the entire installation (pumps, boiler faults, cold units, equipment rooms) in real time, thanks to the supervision software!

As well as controlling the temperature of vats and displaying the status of the installation, VINITACTILE SUPERVISION offers real-time control over the whole installation: pumps, boilers, cold units, equipment rooms… Supervision is total.

Thanks to the SUPERVISION software, users can:

- View temperatures and densities.

- Modify the control programs and settings.

- View and configure the alarms (transfer to telephone, pocket PC…).

- Communicate with all the vats.

LINK WITH LAVILOG

VINITACTILE SUPERVISION offers a direct link with the Logiciel LAVILOG program.

A direct link with LAVILOG, the vineyard and winery traceability program. All the VINITACTILE SUPERVISION data is transferred directly to the LAVILOG database, ensuring better data processing and avoiding the need for manual entry into the software.

VINITACTILE SUPERVISION offers the possibility of processing all data in order to produce the best analyses.

All the data collected by the touchscreen PC (temperature, density, alarms, faults…) is processed vat by vat and automatically backed up. A history of each vat is automatically compiled.

The touchscreen PC enables data analysis by plotting curves or by grouping the data into summary tables.

VINITACTILE SUPERVISION offers remote access to your temperature control system.

Thanks to the link with LAVILOG WEB, you have remote access to your temperature control installation, via an internet connection.
You can thus view and control your system remotely.
