Software Training

 

Following your purchase of the software, the LAMOUROUX IT Department proposes a training course in how to use the program.

This course is generally individual and can be dispensed either on the customer’s premises or at the company’s training centre in Gornac, Gironde. LAMOUROUX is an accredited training centre.

The training programs are based on concrete practical exercises which guarantee the customer very rapid autonomy in using the software.

 

Technical Assistance (Hotline)

 

To provide full satisfaction, LAMOUROUX offers all customers equipped with LAVILOG the possibility of a technical assistance contract (maintenance contract).

This annual maintenance contract includes unlimited telephone assistance during office hours and 7 days a week during harvest time, access to the company’s remote intervention service, and a free annual upgrade of the software.

Customers are put through to a competent person who answers their questions about use of the software and guides them step by step.

The remote intervention service included in the maintenance contract allows our software designers to intervene directly and remotely on the program installed on the client workstation: screen sharing, file transfers, chat; all by a simple internet link, with the aim of making a precise diagnostic and then solving the problem directly. The intervention is therefore instantaneous and costs no more than the telephone maintenance. Communication is established as if the two people were face to face.

All these services and tools are designed to guarantee the customer’s peace of mind in the event of problems, or simply to configure their program. You can then make the most of your program.

The IT Department of LAMOUROUX always uses the most advanced technologies.

The solutions proposed range from prior studies of projects through to their installation and start-up on the customer’s premises.
